WHY? — Effective July 28, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Pregnancy Nutrition Tracker and governs your use of the WHY? application. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
Pregnancy Nutrition Tracker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not, except to the extent allowed by applicable law:
This EULA is between you and the developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer-protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
Except as modified above, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard "Licensed Application End User License Agreement," available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
