WHY? — Effective July 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of WHY? (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WHY? adds a brief, intentional pause — or a quiet "Why?" card — before you open apps you choose to guard. It is a mindfulness and self-control aid. It is not a medical device, not health or psychological advice, and not a security or parental-control product. It cannot guarantee any particular change in your behavior.
Subject to these Terms, Pregnancy Nutrition Tracker grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may use the App as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
WHY? is a paid app: you buy it once on the App Store and every feature is included. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no additional fee.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. App blocking relies on operating-system features such as Apple Screen Time and Shortcuts, which may change, fail, or be bypassed; WHY? does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free blocking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pregnancy Nutrition Tracker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notice in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
